The seed of what is now one of the most reputable rock festivals in the world was sown as early as 1992, and since 1998, the festival in its present shape takes place in the tiny village of Norje, in the municipality of Sölvesborg.

Sweden Rock is the biggest hard rock festival in Scandinavia. Every year, visitors from more than sixty countries descend on Sölvesborg, to be treated to about 90 concerts, a mix of classic rock, hard rock, southern rock, and metal. Sweden Rock is renowned for it high service level, and the friendly atmosphere has become something of signature trait of the festival. Besides the yearly festival, Sweden Rock also boasts a newspaper magazine, drinks, and life style products gathered under the brand.

Since 2015, Sweden Rock has released a yearly edition of a limited-edition whisky.

This year, the collaboration has been with Agitator, and we have together created the 2022 edition: Sweden Rock Single Malt Chestnut and Sherry.
