NOSE & PALATE
Robust maltiness with hints of vanilla, honey, butterscotch and red apples. A generous fruity flavor with notes of acacia honey, vanilla and maple syrup sweetness. Slightly peppery finish.
MATURATION
First, we chose to put the distillate in new American oak barrels and then finish in barrels that previously contained maple syrup.
PAIRS WITH
American pancakes and vanilla ice cream.
